At Lily West, we are committed to providing reliable and prompt delivery services to most suburbs in Adelaide.
Delivery Hours and Terms
- Regular Deliveries: We deliver Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Same Day Delivery: For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM.
- Next Day Delivery: Orders received after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the following day.
- Weekend Processing: Orders placed online on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning.
Urgent and VIP Delivery Service
For those times when you need a delivery to be timed specifically or require same-day delivery after the cutoff time of 1:30 PM, we offer a VIP delivery service. This service is available Monday to Friday. Please contact our Customer Priority Manager at (08) 8355 2928 to arrange for VIP delivery.
Funeral Deliveries
We understand the sensitivity required for funeral orders and treat these with the highest priority. Please provide accurate delivery details and the time of the funeral service when placing your order. Our Customer Priority Manager will contact you to finalise the delivery details to ensure everything is handled with care and precision.
