Lily West Refund and Return Policy

At Lily West, we strive to provide the best quality flowers and gift items for every occasion. We understand that you may have queries or concerns regarding your order, and our team is here to assist. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below for details on how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Cancellation Policy

To amend or cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours before the intended delivery date. Please contact our Lily West Manager at (08) 8355 2928 to make any changes.

Orders cancelled 24 hours prior to the intended delivery date will incur an administration fee of 10% of the total order value.

If your order has already been prepared for distribution but has not yet been delivered, we can cancel the order, but no refund will be issued. Instead, a credit note for the full purchase amount will be provided for future use with Lily West.

Refund Policy

Important:

  • Discounted flowers and flower arrangements cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
  • Food, alcohol, and nonperishable gift items must be returned unopened and in the condition they were supplied.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, the lifespan of flowers and foliage will vary based on species. Some varieties naturally have a longer life than others. Availability of certain flower types is seasonal, meaning that the delivered product may not exactly match the example images on www.lilywest.com.au.

We cannot accept returns based on change of mind or design preference, and no refunds will be issued for such reasons.

Special Considerations

In your email, please provide the following details:

  • A photo of the arrangement
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Method of purchase
  • Amount paid (for in-store purchases)

Once this information is submitted, we will investigate your concerns in accordance with this policy. A range of resolutions may be available, depending on your specific situation.

Delivery Errors and Redelivery

Please ensure that the delivery details you provide are correct. We cannot offer refunds for orders where incorrect delivery details were provided. If an order needs to be redelivered due to incorrect information, you may be charged an additional delivery fee.

Order Alterations or Cancellations After Delivery

If you wish to alter or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once items have already been delivered.
